Litter Pick collects Lots of Rubbish

On Saturday 21st of March, as part of the Great British (Doncaster) Spring Clean, 18 Rapid Relief Team volunteers, members of the parish council and some local residents met at the Auckley Parish Centre to litter pick the streets around Auckley. Volunteers were provided with equipment and refreshments at the end.

The result was that a substantial 106 bags were filled along with other items pulled out of hedges such as broken chairs, scooters, toys and an old toilet. A full trailer load of rubbish was taken away. Thank you to all involved.
